ELECTRICAL ENGINEER

Purpose of the job
In this versatile position, you will be jointly responsible for building and making ready for delivery our own machines in our own workshop. You do this by:
- Making new machines ready for use and installing them;
- Troubleshooting machinery, both on site and in the workshop;
- Performing maintenance and repairs on machines;
- Preparing visit reports;
Working with Allen Bradley, Omron, Siemens and Unitronics systems.

Your profile
- Technical MBO education or demonstrable obtained experience;
- You are flexible and independent;
- You work accurately and have a sense of responsibility;

- You are in possession of driving license B;

SALES SUPPORT OFFICER

Do you have a commercial attitude and affinity with technology? As a Sales Support Employee, you not only interact with our customers, but also with our engineers to realize the best solutions together. From complete machines to specific parts and organizing engineers' appointments - you play a key role. Then read on quickly!

Purpose of the job
Ensuring optimal customer satisfaction by actively communicating with customers from inside the office. As Sales Support Employee you are the first contact for our (international) customers. You have an important role in processing quotations, sales orders and invoicing in Navision. Our customer base is growing rapidly, partly due to our expansion in England. You will work in a nice, close team where we support each other in busy periods and also when we are absent. After all, we do it all together as a team!
In your position as Sales Support employee you will take care of:

- Support customers with questions about sales orders, assortment, pricing and maintenance;
- Keeping customer information up to date and processing data in our ERP and CRM system (Navision and Hubspot); 
- Confirming orders and monitoring delivery times; 
- Thinking along about promotional actions via mailings and social media and helping to prepare trade shows;

Your profile
- You have experience within a commercial department and are communicatively strong;
- Excellent command of the English language and preferably German;
- You can work with an ERP and CMS system, preferably Navision and Hubspot;
- You are accurate, take initiative and administratively strong;
- You are available from 36 to 40hours.
